Orders

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.

All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped.

Delivery Availability and Rates

Shipping is available to any location in the world.  Shipping rates may vary depending upon location and timing.  The applicable shipping rate(s) and available options will be displayed and may be selected at checkout.

Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 7-10 days for order processing and delivery.  We cannot always guarantee this delivery time but we make our best efforts to do so.  If more than 2 weeks have passed since the date your order was placed, please email us at aloha@hawaiianchildrensbooks.com to review the status of your order. Refunds may be processed in the event that an order is deemed undeliverable.

If you would like to know whether expedited delivery is available on a certain product, please email aloha@hawaiianchildrensbooks.com with the product name and we will return an email with availability and pricing (if applicable).

Order Change or Cancellation

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing an order immediately after it is placed.  For this reason, there is a very short time frame to make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been submitted and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.  If desired, please email us at aloha@hawaiianchildrensbooks.com to see if we can still cancel/change your order.
